Anyone catch the segment on NBC’s “Today” show on Tuesday about the man who ran more than 2,650 miles in two months in honor of his mom? That’s 42 marathons a day, running from Canada to Mexico along the Pacific Coast.

Unrelated to that machine of a human being, I made my first postpartum trip to the gym yesterday, hitting the treadmill for 20 minutes before going to a yoga class. I loved it! It’s so good to be back; I’m ready to get my pre-baby body back.
