This post is purely self-serving. My quads are aching and I’m in need of some good additional stretches to do in addition to the standard stand-up-grab-your-foot-and-bend-the-leg stretch.
I’m in luck – and you are too if you’ve been wanting a new stretch to add to your arsenal.
The first site I checked was http://www.livestrong.com – which turns out to be a way cool site full of training and nutrition tips. I’m going to have to explore this one more in my free time.
