Help For Aching Quads

This post is purely self-serving. My quads are aching and I’m in need of some good additional stretches to do in addition to the standard stand-up-grab-your-foot-and-bend-the-leg stretch.

I’m in luck – and you are too if you’ve been wanting a new stretch to add to your arsenal.

The first site I checked was – which turns out to be a way cool site full of training and nutrition tips. I’m going to have to explore this one more in my free time.

But, back to stretching these quads. On, James Patterson (not the famous author, but a sports writer) has some suggested stretches for aching quads.
